In 2009 the Diversity Committee was created with the overall objective of assisting the firm in the areas of recruitment, staff advancement, and retention as they relate to diversity. The Committee serves as a catalyst for internal and external diversity awareness and education, fostering day-to-day inclusion and multiculturalism. The goal is for HMM’s staff diversity to reflect the diversity of the communities in which we work, beginning from the inside through enhanced learning, communication, awareness, strategic outreach, and recommendations which foster inclusion and encourage diverse points of view.
