HMM also provides programs for new and recent graduates which include mentoring, formal and informal training, graduate retreats, and Starting Point, an online community for younger staff that have recently begun their careers with HMM. The two-day graduate retreat is an annual program that brings together HMM’s new graduates with high-level executives for networking and team-building. Hatch Mott MacDonald offers programs for all levels of staff, including the Young Professional Organization, as well as other committees where staff members can contribute, learn, and gain exposure within the company.
