Hatch Mott MacDonald is well known for its hydraulics experience and the design of new and upgraded water pumping facilities.  HMM’s experience involves all types of potable and stormwater pumping facilities including horizontal centrifugal, vertical turbine, can pumps, and Archimedes screw pumps for a wide range of pumping applications.  HMM has particular strength in the rehabilitation and upgrading of existing pumping facilities to meet new flow or hydraulic conditions. HMM has designed potable water booster stations with capacities up to 200 MGD and stormwater stations with capacities up to 1,000 cfs.
