Nathan Higgins Appointed to AREMA Board of Directors

Hatch Mott MacDonald's Nathan Higgins, Senior Vice President and Rail & Transit Practice Leader in Canada, has been elected to the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance of Way Association (AREMA) Board of Directors as Director – Passenger & Transit for a three-year term.  The AREMA Board of Directors has primary responsibility for oversight and coordination of the Technical Committee process, including voting on all standards and recommended practices. Prior to this appointment, Nathan was Chairman of the AREMA High-speed Rail Systems Committee, Subcommittee Chairman for the high-speed rail standards prioritization committee, and member of the AREMA Board Standing Committee for Membership.
