Performed 42 fast-track Phase I Environmental Site Assessments at warehouse/office/light manufacturing facilities throughout the United States in support of two major company acquisitions. Budgetary cost estimates were prepared for conducting additional investigation and/or remediation of environmental issues that were identified through the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment process.
Staff from multiple HMM offices were coordinated to meet the very tight deadlines and produce a uniform product for use in the client's financial decision-making process.
